Conclusion
I have realized that I am fascinated by all things Scottsdale. It is the best example of all of the things that I love and dislike in America. I think Scottsdale may have the highest ratio of retirees to young people (29:10) and perhaps some of the lowest population density (700 people per square mile). This may have to do with its association with the Western lifestyle and the population is really affluent and those with deep pockets who can buy the high priced condominiums..
